Voice Broadcast

Welcome to the MLMLeadSpecialist.com Voice Broadcast Tutorial.

These instructions will help you setup your Voice Message. You can think of a Voice Broadcast as a verbal auto-responder. Once set up your customized voice message will be broadcast to all new leads/prospects. Your voice message should be a brief message letting each lead/prospect know who you are and that you will be contacting them in the near future to discuss their future involvement with your business. Let's get started on how to setup your voice message.

In order to use the Voice Broadcast tool you must have one of the newer versions of Java on your computer. If you are experiencing issues or would like to download the newest version of Java please go to http://www.java.com. You will also need a working set of speakers (or headphones), and a microphone to complete this process. If you are experiencing issues with your sound please consult your computer manufacturer for a quick fix.

To be compliant with federal and state laws you must clearly state your name & phone number at the start of the recording.

Towards the end of your recording you must give a prospect the option to add themselves to our Do Not Call List by visiting www.nomorecallsnow.com.

Limit the length of your recording to less than 60 seconds.

Once the recorder has loaded, you will notice a few buttons. These buttons resemble a typical tape recorder. Starting from left to right we will go through these buttons one at a time.

The Listen button is used once you have already posted a successful recording. With this button you can listen to the current sound file you have on record with us. Please note you can override this at anytime.

The Record button (green) is used when you are ready to record. This button will start the process, and once pressed you can then speak into your microphone and start recording.

The Play button will allow you to play your message back after the recording process is complete.

The Stop button (red) will stop a recording once you are done speaking. This button will also stop the playback when listening to a recording.

The Pause button will only pause playback; this button will not have any affect on a recording in process.

Finally the Save button will finalize your recording and send it through our servers. Only press this button after you have recorded, played back, and approved your message.

When you are done just press the done button at the bottom of the page.

If you are finding that your recording is too quiet or loud on play back please reference the equalizer bar below the tool. This bar will move from left to right depending on the volume of the recording. All of the way to the left means the recording is silent. All of the way to the right means your microphone volume is too loud.
For more help with sound options please consult your computer manufacturer.
